It’s about the experience.  Taking this journey with others and seeing the changes, physically, mentally and emotionally is what drives me.

My name is Michael and I have been working in the fitness industry for almost 8 years now.  I have had the privilege to work in many different training fields from health studios to CrossFit, professional athletes to corporate wellness, but wherever I was it came back to the same passion of helping others achieve their goals.

I grew up being active with sports and enjoying the outdoors, and even though I don’t compete athletically anymore, unless it’s putt putt or bowling, I try to live my fitness as often as I can.  This led me to turn this passion into a career.   Paddle boarding, hiking and camping, playing with my dog Gunnar, are just a few of my current activities.  As with any activity for me, it’s about getting out and enjoying the experience and sharing it with others along the way.

JOSH CITRON

Head Performance Coach

Passion is my passion.  Whether you are a runner, weightlifter, or someone who wants to transform your body I’m just stoked you are following your happiness. My goal as the Head Performance Coach of LYF is to help optimize your training so that when you leave the gym, you can live your way of life to its full potential.

I have enjoyed competing in both powerlifting and bodybuilding, but that’s only a small part of what I do.  I love recreational activities such as going for a run, riding my bike, or taking my dog Groot to the park.  I try and travel as much as possible and do my best to try new activities.

If I’ve learned one thing over the years it’s the time spent with my family and friends is the most valuable I have, so it’s important to make the most of it!
