Training is a major part of what we do at LYF, but maintaining proper form and movement throughout the program is an integral part of our success. The Movement Flow class is designed to teach the body to move as a system. While one joint is mobile, another needs to be stable. This will be a fun and energetic class full of new body weight movements to help you develop strength, core stability and overall mobility.
