OPEN GYM:  Current open spots between classes that is open to members who are following a specific training regime, or wanting to practice and train on their own time.

Movement 101:  This class is designed to teach the fundamentals of lifting.  We will focus on 1 movement each week, rotating every 5 weeks.  Key movements are Squat, Deadlift, Clean, Snatch, and Presses.

Coming Soon:  LYF Movement Flow class.  This class will have a primary focus on building improvements on movement patterns while increasing mobility, stability, strength, all in a fun and entertaining class.
