The Total Body Fitness program is designed to train the body as a whole in as many planes of motion as possible. The focus is to increase strength, core stability, mobility, endurance and agility. We will train the body through multiple training techniques to continually add variation to the body. The class will begin with a dynamic warm up, leading into our circuit training strength blocks, followed by our metabolic circuits targeted at different energy systems, and finally finishing with a group cool-down.
